“Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school”—Albert Einstein
Being in the field of education, I have always believed education to be a treasure which helps a person to think openly, which grooms a person for the life skill needed to handle the challenges easily, which educates us to manage our emotions.

Education should not be confined to the pages of books or only to the exam system. If we impart it through romanticism (what was followed in spreading nationalism in Europe) then the knowledge will remain with the child forever. Music, rhythm will help the child to pronounce the words easily and as a facilitator if you link the concept, the inner thought or the history through it then the interest will grow and automatically the student will start taking interest in doing things on his or her own.

Being an educator, if we motivate the student to explore, influence them to do research by assigning various concept-based activities then the students will learn to gather knowledge in a non- pedagogical manner. I would prefer to focus on a system of application-based learning from the beginning. Some of the activities which I had initiated during my career such as Travelogue (Geography), The Know Kolkata (History), The Auto Talk(Mechanics-Physics on dream Car), Local Vocal(Marketing of my own Product-Commerce), My Book of Numbers(Math –their own Sums), Botanical Garden Trip( Botany), Magazine (Own Story) resonated with my belief of embracing an application based way of teaching.

Along with English, if we start teaching the students Sanskrit, then the students can be the representatives of India in the global field even he/she can think of creating a fusion language and also that could have been used globally. Yearly once if we all organize a language fair then the future generation will be exposed to the diversity of our country.

Value Education—Must be in the curriculum and Award points should be there.Every year students mandatorily should participate in society connect programs like teaching the underprivileged children, spending time in old age homes, spending at least 30 days in army training . Involvement in all these activities will make our students strong, compassionate, and prepared to undertake challenges
To build an aesthetic sense inclusion of art and craft, music (vocal, instrument) are quintessential and this will help bring a sense of synchronization, rhythm and combination among them.

As a part of assessment ,if we include open forum where the child will share their thoughts, then the child will become confident in sharing their thought process, they will learn to think differently and this in turn will help shape their personality and they will not always be followers but will be the leaders ,the torch bearers for the society.
